Happy October Everyone!
The air outside is feeling cooler now, therefore I thought it was a good time to share a few exercises about how you can stay cool…or more specifically, chill out! If you are having a difficult time finding peace, experiencing pain, feel calm but know deep down inside you are stressed, then watch these videos below. Within minutes you can calm down your nerves and increase overall vital physiological function. Practice these exercises a few times a day and within a few days you will notice more ease throughout your day.
